1. General information
Super Distribucija d.o.o., as manufacturer and merchant operating through its online shop, protects user privacy to the fullest extent possible. Users' personal data is one of the areas we pay special attention to, as they are only accessible to those employees who need them to perform their work.
Super Distribucija d.o.o. undertakes to use data received from users solely for the purpose of performing the agreed business, and not to use the collected data for any other purpose, nor to make it available to third parties, except as required by law or in cooperation with authorised state bodies.
Your data is strictly protected and only accessible to employees working on sales and delivery, who are obliged to uphold the customer data-protection privacy policy.
Super Distribucija d.o.o. undertakes to protect the privacy of portal users, except in cases of serious breach of portal rules or unlawful activity by the user.

2. Collection of information
For the purpose of conducting online sales, we only need your basic details:
- full name
- address and postcode
- e-mail (username)
- name of the legal entity and tax ID (PIB) if the customer is a legal entity
- contact phone (a mobile number if possible)
- other data the user voluntarily enters into the online shop's forms
- other data the user voluntarily adds to their profile later
On the basis of these details, we can deliver the requested goods and inform you of the current status of your order.
Super Distribucija d.o.o. is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or updating of the data entered by users.
3. Use of information
All data we collect through the online shop (data on the products purchased) will be carefully analysed, contributing to the improvement of our offer and the appearance of our page, all with the aim of providing a better user experience.
4. Cookies and IP addresses
The merchant assigns each user, at the start of every use of the online sale, a cookie for identification, cart tracking and traceability (the so-called "cookie"), which is stored on the memory of the server only during the visit, and loses its validity by ending the user's session.
The merchant may also store certain persistent cookies on the user's computer, such as, for example, the user's identification number in encrypted form, in order to identify you the next time you visit the online shop, as well as an analysis of visits to our online shop. Cookies bring us the possibility of adjusting the display of our online shop's contents to your preferences.
We also use external service cookies from Google Analytics, which serve to analyse visits. As Google Analytics is not owned by Super Distribucija d.o.o., we cannot guarantee the anonymity and security of that data.
The merchant may use these data in anonymous form for the purpose of statistical analysis. For the purpose of providing network security, the merchant also collects the IP addresses from which users access the online shop.
