Super Rešenje · Software for retail chains

One system for your central warehouse and every store.

If you run 2 or more retail stores with a central warehouse — you know the problem. You don't know exactly how much to order from suppliers, which store needs more stock, where dead stock is sitting. Super Rešenje covers all of it in one system.

Problem

Seven questions every chain answers by hand.

Every day, the same questions, no fast answer:

1
How much stock should we order from suppliers this week?
2
Which SKUs move slowly and sit as dead stock?
3
Which store sells best, which worst, for this SKU?
4
Did we receive everything we ordered from the supplier — or is something missing?
5
How much stock should we send to which store so no one runs out?
6
When did store #3 last request a top-up — and did it arrive?
7
Has the delivery for store #7 already left, or is it still on the loading dock?

Right now this gets solved with Viber groups, Excel sheets and phone calls. Super Rešenje replaces all of that with one system.

How it works

Goods in, goods out — from one application.

Super Rešenje splits operations into two clear flows. Both run independently, but share the same data on stock and sales.

↓ Goods in

Warehouse ↔ Suppliers

What to order, how much, from whom

The system reviews stock levels, sales velocity per store and seasonal trend every day. Based on that, it suggests how much to order from which supplier.

  • Stock analysis — real quantities per SKU in the warehouse and stores
  • Order proposal — the system suggests quantities based on sales
  • Auto-sending orders — the order goes to the supplier in a couple of clicks (PDF, email)
  • Delivery control — record differences between ordered and received Retail M and XL

Warehouse ↔ Stores

Who is requesting what, who is already stocked

Your stores order from the catalogue like an internal B2B portal. The warehouse gets the consolidated order, prepares the dispatch note, delivers along the route.

  • Internal B2B catalogue — a store orders the same way a customer orders from the B2B portal
  • Dispatch note preparation — automatic dispatch note per store, ready to print
  • Delivery routing — vehicle route optimisation between stores Retail XL
  • Mobile stock-take app — barcode scanner on your phone, fast stock check in the store
Analytics

The numbers you look at every day.

Not weekly reports nobody reads — a dashboard that stays open on the monitor.

Top SKUs

Who drives turnover, who drives margin, where the gap is. Filter by store, category, period.

Stock turnover

Which SKU turns fast, which turns slow. Average days of stock per SKU — a signal to cut or raise orders.

M · XL

Dead stock

SKUs with no sales for 30/60/90 days. Action suggested: move to another store, cut the price, return to supplier.

M · XL

Sell-through per store

Which store sells what better. Data you need when you decide where to send new stock or a promotion.

Frequently asked questions

The things people ask us most.

How long does implementation take?▾
For Retail S — 3 to 5 business days. For Retail M — 1 to 2 weeks. For Retail XL — by arrangement, usually 3 to 6 weeks depending on the number of stores and integrations.
Do you handle migration from an existing system?▾
Yes. We handle migration of the SKU list, suppliers and opening stock — Excel is a sufficient starting format. For more complex cases we build a custom import script.
Do you support barcode scanners?▾
Yes. The mobile app uses the phone's camera as a scanner. We also support USB/Bluetooth scanners on the desktop version.
What if I have more than 10 stores but don't need everything in Retail XL?▾
Contact us — we build a Retail M+ combination with extra store slots at €5 per month per store.
Can I switch from monthly to a perpetual licence later?▾
Yes. We credit up to 50% of the monthly payments already made for the current year against the perpetual licence price.
What happens when the 1-year support on the perpetual licence expires?▾
The system keeps running normally — you just stop receiving new versions and tech support. Extending support and updates costs €199/year for Retail S, €399/year for M, €599/year for XL.
Does it work offline?▾
Basic functions (stock-take, ordering from a store) work offline and sync when the connection is back. Analytics and supplier orders require online.
